Presenters are invited to submit papers of approximately 2000 to 3000 words for presentation at the ICT Infrastructure 2019 conference. It should be relevant to the conference theme, subject matter and audience. Presentations should be informative, technical and non-promotional. Commercial presentations will not be accepted. Authors and presenters of papers should aim to serve the needs of conference delegates, provide appropriate solutions, and share knowledge and experience.
Presenters may attend the two-day conference free-of-charge, and will be registered automatically on acceptance into the final agenda. Presentations should be 20 – 25 minutes long, and will be followed by a 5 minute Q&A session. The full-text paper will be published in the conference proceedings, and the presentation should take the form of a PowerPoint presentation. The first slide of the presentation should use our template (available here).
Review: Abstracts will be reviewed and selected based on their innovation, significance, relevance, originality and general quality. The principal author will be advised the outcome of the abstract selection by 14 June 2019.
Submissions: The final full-text paper must be submitted online or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org by no later than 15 July 2019 for approval and publishing in the Proceedings of the ICT Infrastructure 2019 Conference.
Presentation: Authors will be allocated a 30-minute slot (including introduction, questions and answers) to present their papers, and will be provided with a digital projector, screen, laser pointer, podium, microphone, remote mouse and notebook PC with PowerPoint. The opening slide of each presentation must use the defined conference slide template, but subsequent slides may be free format.
Tips: Remember to ensure that the text of your slides uses adequately sized fonts and background contrast for visibility. Due to time limitations, it is recommended to limit the presentation to 15 slides.
Copyright of papers presented at the ICT Infrastructure 2019 conference is vested in EE Publishers and the author(s), and the papers will be published on the conference proceedings. Selected papers may also be published in EngineerIT magazine.
Permission is not required for publishing of abstracts, for copying of papers for personal use, or for publishing by the authors of their papers on their personal websites or their organisation’s public archive, provided that the full details of the source are acknowledged. Other than this, papers may not be copied, republished, transmitted or used commercially in any form without the written permission of EE Publishers and the author(s).
